Required Vaccines

Chatham requires that all incoming students provide their vaccination records before the first day of classes. Find all the information you need on this page.

Chatham requires that all incoming students provide their vaccination records to Med+Proctor before the first day of classes. Med+Proctor is an online immunization verification tool used to track students' vaccinations and compliance. Failure to provide your records will prevent you from enrolling for subsequent semesters. Students whose programs are completely virtual are not required to upload immunization documentation.

Other vaccines including the varicella (chicken pox) vaccine, Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccine, Hepatitis A vaccine, HPV vaccine, and yearly flu vaccinations are all highly recommended but not required. If you would like more information on these recommendations, please visit Vaccines and Preventable Diseases | CDC or contact our office.
