Sustainable Summer: Immersive Environmental Day

Chatham University's Falk School of Sustainability & Environment is hosting a one-day summer immersive learning experience on Monday, June 22, 2026, for high school students interested in the environment, food, and sustainability. The Sustainable Summer: Immersive Environmental Day at Eden Hall Farm offers immersive, hands-on learning experiences led by Falk School faculty on topics including Forests & Plants and Food, Farms, & Community

Immersive Environmental Day is free to attend, but seating is limited. Please complete the registration form to sign up, and email undergraduate@chatham.edu with any questions.

Farm to Fork Series

Chatham University’s Farm to Fork dinner series at Eden Hall runs through August, occurring rain or shine every Thursday from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Large Barn at Eden Hall Farm. Expert chefs from Parkhurst Dining will create dishes utilizing produce from Eden Hall’s farm and other local vendors to craft authentic culinary experiences for guests to enjoy outdoors on the grounds of Eden Hall Farm.
