Enroll in Direct Deposit for Refunds

Various circumstances may cause a student to have a refund or credit balance on their student account. Payments, including scholarships, grants, and loans, that are higher than the amount owed and are in excess of tuition, fees, room, and board may result in a student refund. Student credit balances are issued within 7-14 days after your student’s account develops a credit balance.

Students who are issued a credit balance from their financial aid must sign up for an electronic refund process. Click here to download instructions (PDF).

Please note: Parent PLUS refunds are not available via direct deposit at this time.
