BIOGRAPHY
I am an environmental and natural resource economist. My research examines the dynamic interactions between land use, environmental and agricultural policy, and long-run economic development. I integrate tools from applied microeconomics, economic history, and institutional economics to understand how natural resource governance shapes economic and environmental outcomes. Prior to joining Chatham University, I was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Environmental and Natural Resource Economics at University of Rhode Island. I previously also worked as a postdoctoral RA at the Eviction Lab in Princeton University. I finished my PhD from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019.
