Where You Will Live
Eden Hall Campus
Eden Hall Campus is Chatham's sustainable college campus and living laboratory, where students explore topics such as sustainable land management, food production and delivery, and energy generation. The campus features renewable energy technologies, high performance green buildings, onsite wastewater treatment, sustainable agriculture farms and gardens, and 200 acres of woodlands with hiking trails.
If the program is hosted at Eden Hall, you will live in the Orchard Hall dorm, which is built to achieve LEED Platinum standards, and eat meals with locally and responsibly sourced ingredients at the Esther Barazzone Center (EBC) dining hall.
Shadyside Campus
Shadyside Campus is so green and leafy as a 32-acre arboretum with 115 different varieties of species, you wouldn’t guess you were only a few blocks from both Walnut Street and Murray/Forbes Avenue stores and restaurants.
If the program is hosted at Shadyside Campus, you will live in a historic dorm building, have daily access to Chatham’s main gym and library, and eat meals at Anderson Dining Hall.
